BNIM is a collaboration of architectural, urban design, and planning professionals with a shared commitment to sustainability, system planning, and design quality.
We are seeking a planning professional with at least 10 years of professional related experience. Minimum requirements include a graduate degree in planning from an accredited university program. AICP is preferred, but not required. Candidates must possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as proven innovative and integrated planning skills. Candidates must also demonstrate successful project management and community engagement skills and should have a strong ability to self-motivate and multi-task. Other skills strongly preferred: public speaking and facilitation; data analytics; GIS proficiency; policy analysis; financial modeling; and an understanding of real estate development, health impact analysis, and environmental planning.
