Responsibilities include project team support and project related documentation, meeting coordination, travel coordination, event planning, presentation creation and support, electronic project document filing and organization, marketing research and support, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
This position fits an individual who is flexible, outgoing, detail oriented, willing to take initiative, motivated, along with strong time-management skills, strong written and verbal skills, exceptional grace under pressure, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients. A high level of discretion and confidentiality is required of this position.
Required technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and conducting internet research. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and productivity tools such as Newforma and/or Deltek Vision is a plus. Experience in the A/E industry is preferred. Construction administration experience is a plus, as is experience with writing and editing.
