BNIM Architects is committed to the principle of preserving and revitalizing the rich architectural heritage of Kansas City. This is seen in the many projects that the firm has carried out as well as in the firm’s rehabilitation and occupation of space in the Power and Light Building. Part of our approach centers on the idea that the mere preservation of the physical fabric of buildings is only a partial solution. Just as important is sustainability in the boradest sense, and creating an identity and fostering a spirit of creativity that can rejuvenate our downtown, block after block.
