In recent years, BNIM embraced a more flexible model of collaborative working by organizing around five independent design “studios,” each made up of 13 to 16 architects. By encouraging good communication and the sharing of ideas among the architects, the studios reflect the partners’ philosophy of integration. Although each studio focuses on particular market sectors, no rigid boundaries exist, allowing BNIM professionals to move between studios to respond to project needs. This model takes advantage of our talent and depth of resources, two of our firm’s most precious assets.
BNIM seeks to continue to build upon our resources to becoming the best design firm in the Midwest. We are seeking applicants who believe they can contribute to this effort, who have a great interest in the practice of architecture and who want to make an impact in our community.
