It is often impractical to segment threads of the design process, and its ripple effects, into neat piles. Inevitably, as you pull one thread, you find it attached to and influencing many others. Everything is connected. At BNIM, we embrace the concept of integrated design, and achieving it is our passion.

We leverage proprietary and industry tools to ensure that sustainable design is deeply integrated into the design process. These proprietary tools, as well as the partnerships the firm has forged with companies such as AutoDesk, not only are furthering BNIM’s own work, but they are transforming the work of the entire industry. With a blend of tested and emerging tools, like energy modeling and building information modeling (BIM), the firm transforms intuitive data into a virtual model and ultimately into a calculated, high-performance building.
