Packard Matrix
BNIM Architects was charged by the Packard Foundation to develop a decision-making tool that would clearly explain the aesthetic, environmental, schedule and economic impacts implied by the sustainability goals for its proposed office building. The Sustainability Report and Matrix is the result of the work, performed in close collaboration with Keen Engineering, Oppenheim Lewis, Hawley Peterson & Snyder Architects and the Facilities Steering Committee of the Packard Foundation.
