Strategic Workplace Planning (SWP) is BNIM’s answer to facility management. SWP enhances design projects by forming an early collaboration with the owners, architects, interior designers and all other disciplines to assure that projects begin and remain strategic, efficient, cost contained and user friendly.

Examinations of work flow, department organization, equipment needs, staff projections and adjacency requirements are viewed and analyzed through interactive computer graphics. This upfront approach to projects is introduced at the visioning and programming phase and is continued, updated and revisited throughout the design, construction and move/transition processes. In addition we offer post construction on-going facilities and CAFM consulting services, Human, Health and Productivity Studies, Move Planning Consulting/Workshops and Integration Management Services.
