BNIM is a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council and helped to author the LEED guidelines that have become the standard rating system for sustainable projects today. BNIM has led the charge to deliver strong, design-driven solutions that respect project budgets and client goals. The firm has a growing number of LEED certified projects, several of which are LEED Platinum. Additionally, BNIM has many projects registered for LEED certification, and the firm's LEED Pilot programs have been active in developing and furthering the LEED rating system for multiple building types.
