Parking + Infrastructure / Description
We do not view parking facilities and infrastructure as ancillary parts of our community. Rather, our approach to these project types focuses on how their design impacts and holistically integrates into the public realm. We examine patterns of pedestrian and traffic circulation, infrastructure maintenance plans, development patterns and how the facilities and infrastructure systems impact area activities. Using the concept of "systems thinking" as a guide, we create solutions that are sustainable, efficient, secure and avoid overburdening the infrastructure that supports our communities.
