BNIM Offices at Crown Center - A Modernist Reconstruction
The renovation of 2460 Pershing builds upon the foundation created by BNIM’s history. Since the firm was founded in Kansas City more than 45 years ago, BNIM has impacted catalytic change through the intentional location of its offices — reviving historic buildings, creating dynamic connections in the urban core, and contributing to the vibrancy of a revitalized city. BNIM’s offices at 2460 Pershing is another addition to this legacy and evidence of our commitment to building positive in our communities.

Race to Amazonia
The New York Times, in its piece entitled “Dear Amazon, We Picked Your New Headquarters For You,” dismissed Kansas City as a real contender in the race to attract Amazon and 50,000 jobs to Kansas City. In direct contrast, PC Magazine picked Kansas City as its number one choice for all of the right reasons.
