BNIM Completes JUST Label 2.0

BNIM has recently completed and shared our first JUST label. The JUST program is a voluntary disclosure tool for organizations to be transparent about their operations, including how they treat employees and where they make financial and community investments. Acting as a nutrition label for socially just and equitable organizations, this approach requires reporting on a range of organization and employee-related indicators, which are outlined measurable accountabilities summarized on the label itself. This label signifies the beginning of a new era of corporate transparency by inviting organizations to evaluate themselves through this social justice and equity lens.

Our first JUST label will serve BNIM as a baseline, providing clarity on how to systematically measure the social and environmental justice of our business practices. This baseline also gives us the opportunity to create a roadmap for improvement over time, which will be tracked by our renewal documentation through this program. We are committed to continuing our practice of creating a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace, communities, and built environments.
