BNIM Will Receive Entrepreneurship Award from Bloch School of Management

BNIM — along with notable Kansas City companies and frequent collaborators Mark One Electric, JE Dunn Construction, and U.S. Engineering — is being honored with the Marion and John Kreamer Award for Social Entrepreneurship from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. The four firms are being recognized for their significant contributions in realizing the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, which has become an iconic part of the Kansas City skyline.

BNIM will formally accept the award at a ceremony on December 5. The firm joins a prestigious list of previous honorees, including Sister Berta Sailer and Sister Corita Bussanmas of Operation Breakthrough; Jim and Virginia Stowers of the Stowers Institute of Medical Research; and Julia Irene Kauffman. Now in its 32nd year, the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards event brings together local innovators to celebrate a shared passion of entrepreneurship and bettering Kansas City.
