The building features 14 labs and will serve as a dynamic career-driven educational setting for programs that include construction management, automation engineering, automotive, electrical, electronics, HVAC, and welding (metal fabrication) technologies.

Owned by Johnson County Community College (JCCC), the project was designed and led by architect BNIM, with engineering services by The Clark Enersen Partners and SK Design Group, and construction by JE Dunn Construction.
