Ivy College of Business, Gerdin Building Expansion

As part of a design-build team led by Story Construction, BNIM has been selected for a major expansion of the Gerdin Business Building at Iowa State University. The 45,000 square-foot addition will be designed with students in mind, providing additional classrooms, multi-purpose space, and study areas, with a focus on upgraded technology. As the fastest growing college at Iowa State University for the fourth year in a row, the Ivy College of Business will be positioned to respond to rapid enrollment growth by expanding program offerings and continuing its mission of maximizing student potential and connecting students with industry professionals.

The BNIM team looks forward to creating an expansion that is centered on community and focused on the student experience.
