BNIM Associate Principal Jeremy Knoll, AIA LEED Fellow will be speaking at this year’s Living Future Conference taking place virtually from April 20-23. This year’s conference is focused on Inclusion + Unity and will feature presentations, learning opportunities and discussion of “Where Climate, Health, and Equity in the Build Environment Meet.”

Jeremy will be presenting “The Elephant in the Room – Embodied Carbon in Practice” as an Educational Session speaker on Earth Day, April 22. This educational presentation will discuss definitions and goals for embodied energy in architecture and engineering and will explore emerging technologies to reduce the emissions from these materials. Jeremy will be speaking alongside sustainability leaders from CarbonCure Technologies, Walter P Moore and McCownGordon Construction, who will also focus their discussions on the latest materials and technologies designed to advance the transition to decarbonization and healthy materials for all.
