Kevin Nordmeyer Presents the Design and Process for Net Zero Housing Development at NAWIC Conference

BNIM Principal, Kevin Nordmeyer, spoke alongside contractor and developer Tamara Brunow at the National Association of Women in Construction’s (NAWIC) Midwest 2022 Fall Conference. Kevin and Tamara presented the design and process for a new Net Zero housing development in Hamburg, Iowa. This development is focused on high-performing accessible home design for Hamburg, a city that was impacted by the historic Missouri River Floods in 2019.
