San Diego Design Week Tour and Panel: Connected Communities Keeler Court
Join the BNIM design team as we share an in-depth talk on the recent project Keeler Court Affordable housing community, located in the Southcrest neighborhood of San Diego. The site was originally zoned for industrial development, the site was re-zoned to allow residential development of 29 units per acre. With the location being directly adjacent to many amenities, it serves as an ideal location for this Affordable Housing and Sustainable communities project to break ground in the City of San Diego. The Keeler Court complex also includes two highly sustainable four-story buildings connected with exterior bridges with sweeping views of the San Diego Bay. Learn more about how the project approach creates high-performing homes, improves bicycle infrastructure, and meets the pressing needs of the community.
