Jeremy Knoll Embraces New Role as Co-President of Climate Action KC

BNIM Director of Sustainability and Regenerative Design, Jeremy Knoll, has taken on his new leadership role as Co-President and Chair of Climate Action KC alongside Hillary Parker Thomas. Climate Action KC is a BNIM-supported initiative that brings together elected officials and community leaders who share the common goal of reducing emissions and improving the overall quality of life across Kansas City. The regional collaborative’s work focuses on creating a more resilient, equitable, and healthy community. Jeremy Knoll has previously served as an Executive Board Member and representative for Climate Action KC both regionally and internationally, most recently participating in a panel at the International Urban and Regional Cooperation Annual Event in Brussels, Belgium.

On December 9, regional leaders and advocates gathered in Kansas City, Missouri, to learn and share examples of successful climate resiliency at Mid-America Regional Council’s (MARC) Resilient Success Stories event. Climate Action KC also announced its new leadership and presented the Climate Action KC Founders Award to Lindsey Constance and Mike Kelly for their leadership.
