Manheim Park Strategic Development Plan

Information

  • Location Kansas City, Missouri
  • Completion 2013
  • Services Architecture

Manheim Park is an inner ring neighborhood in Kansas City, Missouri. As part of the Green Impact Zone, it has benefited from infrastructure investment. The neighborhood is also home to the Bancroft School Redevelopment, a catalytic project to revitalize a vacant school into affordable and sustainable apartments. These investments provoked interest from developers who want to build in the neighborhood. The Manheim Park Development Strategy represents the vision of the neighborhood and is a tool for the neighborhood, City, and developers to understand the kind of development that will positively contribute to Manheim’s vision as a healthy and sustainable urban neighborhood.
