Maria Maffry Co-Chairs Women's Employment Network Luncheon

On April 4, BNIM Principal and Chief Business Development Officer Maria Maffry co-chaired the 2018 Women's Employment Network (WEN) annual luncheon.

More than 1,100 people gathered to hear how WEN empowers women to become more than they thought they could be. Maria, along with co-chair Cathy Baier with US Federal Properties Co., helped WEN exceed its annual fundraising goal.

The Women's Employment Network provides critical services to women who struggle with social, economic, and educational barriers to gaining employment. WEN became the second Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) in Kansas City in Nobember 2013. As a FOC, WEN provides the bundled services of employment coaching, financial coaching, and income support.
