Architectural Record features 2460 Pershing in Good Design is Good Business issue

BNIM’s newest design studio — its Kansas City offices in the renowned Crown Center district — has garnered a Good Design is Good Business award from leading design publication Architectural Record and a prominent feature in the June print issue for its instrumental role in enhancing our day-to-day operations.

When BNIM moved into its new space in 2460 Pershing, there was a palpable change in the way our studios worked. More collaboration, interaction, and engagement among our staff have translated into improved productivity. A flexible, open floorplan and a variety of spaces for the different modes of work have boosted our efforts in recruiting new talent. Generous views to the outdoors and copious amenities contribute to an overall happier, healthier workplace.

We have long believed that the built environment has tremendous impacts on the people who live, work, and play in the spaces we create. We seek to stimulate transformation and inspire innovation through our work — not only for our clients, but also for ourselves.

As all of our studios across the country continue to evolve, we build upon the foundation created by our history — reviving historic buildings, creating vibrant connections in the urban core, and accommodating the different modes of work — and use our workplace as a laboratory for building positive.
