The Woods Transforms the Iconic Corporate Woods
The Woods at Corporate Woods® Office Park reimagines an iconic Overland Park office park as a walkable, mixed-use district set within its mature woodland landscape. The plan introduces new residential options including Missing Middle Housing, retail and dining, civic gathering spaces, and expanded multi-modal trail connections linking the campus to Founders’ Park and the Indian Creek Bike and Hike Trail system.
BNIM is part of the consultant team on this work, alongside Opticos Design, Inc., Olsson, Polsinelli, and CBRE, supporting GSR — a joint venture between Geosam Capital and Group RMC.
