Mark Neibling is an Associate Principal and award-winning designer in BNIM’s Kansas City office. Mark’s scientific, detail-orientated, and collaborative team approach brings the best ideas to the surface and guides project teams in achieving design excellence. Mark’s design experience encompasses projects for development, higher education, and civic clients. His recent work includes the redevelopment of the historic Lyric Theatre building in Downtown Kansas City into the Kirk Family YMCA; the new Kansas City International (KCI) Airport Parking Garage; and the future Roy Blunt Luminary Park, a multi-disciplinary collaboration and transformational project which aims to revitalize Kansas City’s downtown district through a multi-modal hub and human-purposed urban park over I-670. Mark earned his Master of Architecture from Kansas State University.
