Hans Nettelblad brings over three decades of experience in the architectural profession with in-depth involvement across the entire range of project design, from concept through construction. Hans has has provided unparalleled leadership and direction on complex, large-scale projects at BNIM, advocating for sustainable and human-purposed design solutions. His work aims to improve performance and provide healthier living, working, and learning environments for users. His experience serving as Project Architect for the phased renovation of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, along with to leading several projects in the rebuilding of Greensburg, KS, including the LEED Platinum Kiowa County School facility, led to him being named The American Institute of Architects’ Kansas City Chapter “Architect of the Year” in 2008.
