Hans Nettelblad brings 25 years of experience in the architectural profession with in-depth involvement across the entire range of project design, from concept through construction. Hans has provided extensive leadership and direction in working with existing buildings, which retools and repositions existing buildings to improve performance and provide healthier environments for users, coupled with the understanding of how key renovation strategies can help building owners and developers increase market positioning. His experience serving as project architect for the phased renovation of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, along with to leading several projects in the rebuilding of Greensburg, KS, including the LEED Platinum Kiowa County School facility, led to him being named The American Institute of Architects’ Kansas City Chapter “Architect of the Year” in 2008. Hans served as project architect and project manager on multiple projects for the Blue Valley School District and Senior Project Manager on the Pacific Center Campus Development. His current role is that of Project Manager for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts Expansion.
